The hotel is near two metro stations, Opera and Callao. The staff addressed a room issue immediately upon arrival (that was a relief). Luggage storage was useful, as we arrived early. The room had a minibar, a Nespresso machine, and a comfortable shower.
The price felt high considering some minor shortcomings.

The location was fine and close to attractions. I got my money's worth (no complaints).
The air conditioning was switched to heating unexpectedly. The room felt too hot. Staff said there was no air conditioning because it was autumn. Basic hotel amenities were missing, like laundry service. I also found no soap holder in the bathroom (cheap, I think).
